Welcome to your Hyatus stay. This page collects the information our guests need for a smooth arrival and comfortable stay in our furnished apartments.

Check-In

Standard check-in is from 3:00 PM. On the morning of your arrival, Hyatus will text you your apartment’s door/access code and step-by-step arrival instructions. If you opted in to text messages, these details arrive by SMS from Hyatus; you can reply STOP at any time to opt out or HELP for assistance.

During Your Stay

We’ll send occasional service messages related to your reservation (for example parking, Wi-Fi, or maintenance updates). For anything you need, reply to any Hyatus text or contact our support team.
